Description
JOB SUMMARY: Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing / Assistant Director of Nursing. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and provides for the emotional, physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to float to different depts/facilities. Incentive and travel pay available.
EDUCATION: Graduate of a practical nurse program.
LICENSURE: Current State licensure as a practical nurse.
