SargesList is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement outlines the information data security practices of SargesList.

1. SargesList Website and Links to Other Websites

The SargesList Website may contain links to other websites. SargesList is not responsible for the information practices or the content of those other websites, which may differ from those on this Website. SargesList encourages you to review the privacy statements of those other websites to understand their information practices.

2. Personal Information Collected

SargesList offers you, its users, a variety of online services (the “Online Services”). SargesList collects information from those who register with SargesList (“Customers”) and also from those who simply visit the SargesList Website without registering (“Visitors”).

When your ask for information or register to use the Online Services, SargesList requires you to provide contact information, such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (“Required Contact Information”). If you subscribe to the Online Services, which requires payment, SargesList requires you to also provide billing information, such as billing name and address and your credit card number (“Billing Information”). SargesList may also ask you to provide additional information (“Optional Information”). Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are referred to together as “Customer Data.”

As you use the SargesList Website, SargesList may also collect information through information-gathering tools, such as computer cookies and web beacons (“Website Navigational Information”), which include standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the SargesList Website (such as the web pages viewed and the links clicked).

3. Use of Personal Information Collected From You

SargesList uses Customer Data about its Customers to perform the Online Services requested. For example, if you fill out a Contact Us form form, SargesList will use the information you provide to contact you about your interest in the Online Services.

SargesList may also use your Customer Data for marketing purposes. For example, SargesList may use information you provide to contact you to discuss your interest in SargesList and the Online Services and to send you information about SargesList and its business partners, such as information about promotions or events.

SargesList uses credit card information only to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Online Services if you subscribe.

SargesList uses Website Navigational Information to operate and improve the SargesList Website and/or in combination with Customer Data to provide personalized information to you about SargesList.

4. Website Navigational Information

SargesList uses common information-gathering tools, such as computer cookies and web beacons, to collect information as you navigate the SargesList Website (“Website Navigational Information”). This section describes the types of Website Navigational Information SargesList may collect and how SargesList may use this information.

a. Computer cookies

A 'cookie' is a small piece of computer code that a website stores on your computer. SargesList uses cookies to make interactions with the SargesList Website easy and meaningful. When you visit the SargesList Website, the computer system at SargesList sends a cookie to your computer. By themselves, cookies do not personally identify you, and they only recognize your web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to SargesList, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or filling out a web form (such as a Contact Us form, etc.), you remain anonymous to SargesList.

There are two types of cookies: session cookies, and persistent cookies. If you have chosen to identify yourself to SargesList, SargesList uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow SargesList to uniquely identify you when you log in to SargesList. Each time you log into SargesList, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier tied to your account is placed in your browser. These session cookies allow SargesList to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the Online Services and to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies are required to use the Online Services.

SargesList uses persistent cookies that only SargesList can read and use to identify browsers that have previously visited the SargesList Website. When you subscribe to the Online Services or provide SargesList with personal information, a unique identifier is assigned to you. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that SargesList places on your computer's web browser. SargesList is especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, SargesList does not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies. If you disable your web browser's ability to accept cookies, you will be able to navigate SargesList Website, but you will not be able to successfully use the Online Services. SargesList may use information from session cookies and persistent cookies in combination with other data about SargesList Customers to provide you with information about SargesList and the Online Services.

b. Web beacons

SargesList uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with computer cookies to compile information about Customer and Visitor usage of the SargesList Website and interaction with e-mails from SargesList. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information placed on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website tied to the web beacon. For example, SargesList may place web beacons in marketing e-mails that notify SargesList when you click on a link in the e-mail that directs you to the SargesList Website. SargesList uses web beacons to operate and improve the SargesList Website and communications. SargesList may use information from web beacons in combination with data about SargesList Customers to provide you with information about SargesList and the Online Services.

c. IP address

When you visit the SargesList Website, SargesList collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, SargesList uses IP addresses to monitor generally the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the SargesList Website.

As part of SargesList security features, SargesList also collects IP addresses from Customers when they log into the Online Services.

d. Third-party cookies

From time to time, SargesList hires third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to the SargesList Website. SargesList may also use other third-party cookies to track the performance of Company advertisements. The information provided to third parties does not include your personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after SargesList receives it. This Privacy Statement does not cover the use of third-party cookies.

5. Public Forums; Refer a Friend; and Customer Testimonials

SargesList may from time to time provide public forums (including without limitation bulletin boards, blogs, and/or chat rooms) on the SargesList Website. Any personally identifiable information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected or used by others who visit these forums and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. SargesList is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

Customers and Visitors may elect to use SargesList Tell-a-Friend, Share This or iPad Promotion functions to inform friends about the SargesList Website. When using the Tell-a-Friend Online or iPad Promotion page share functions, SargesList requests the friend's name and e-mail address. SargesList will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting him or her to visit the SargesList Website.

SargesList posts a list of Customers and testimonials on the SargesList Website that contain information such as Customer names and titles. SargesList obtains the consent of each Customer before posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.

6. Sharing of Information Collected

SargesList may share data about SargesList Customers with SargesList agents so that these agents can contact Customers and Visitors who have provided contact information. SargesList may also share data about SargesList Customers with SargesList agents to ensure the quality of information provided to our Customers. SargesList does not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

SargesList uses a third-party intermediary (Pay Pal) to manage credit card processing for optional, desired upgrades to basic listings. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on SargesList behalf. SargesList, nor any of its representatives, stores any credit card information input by it's users.

SargesList reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information of SargesList Customers or Visitors if required by law or if SargesList reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect SargesList rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

If you are located in the EEA, you have certain rights under European law with respect to your personal data, including the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, port to another service provider, or object to certain uses of your personal data. 7. Communications Preferences

SargesList allows Customers and Visitors who provide contact information to choose how SargesList uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of SargesList marketing e-mails. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account with SargesList or the Online Services.

8. Correcting and Updating Your Information

Customers may update or change their registration information by editing their user or organization record. To update a user profile, log in with your SargesList user name and password, and click “My Account Profile.” To discontinue your account, use the Contact Us form. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled asap (or within [30] days).

9. Customer Data

SargesList Customers use the Online Services to host data and information (“Customer Data”). SargesList will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the SargesList ***[Master Subscription Agreement], or as may be required by law. Individual records of Customer Data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issues, or suspected violation of the SargesList Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their SargesList user names and passwords.

10. Security

SargesList uses up-to-date security measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy, and to help ensure the appropriate use of Customer Data. SargesList also offers enhanced security features within the Online Services to permit Customers to configure security settings to the level they prefer. Because SargesList uses the Online Services to maintain data about SargesList Customers, this information is secured in the same manner as described above for Customer Data.

SargesList does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. Upon learning of any post made by a person under the age of 18, SargesList will remove the post.

SargesList reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement at any time without prior notice.
